The tour tickets are $2000 each. Roundtrip airfare from Texas is going to run me about $1700. So, for the wife and I is about $7400, before we get something to eat…Should be fun—
I spent Halloween at a party in Dracula’s castle. There was a bonfire in the cobblestone courtyard and we could go up on the balconeys and into certain rooms. It was fun.
However, be advised, hot water was a problem in the hotel we stayed at – there wasn’t any for our showers. Also, if this is a bus tour, you may find there is only one main road that’s full of traffic, and any accident, or other hold up, will keep you sitting there for hours in some cases.
All in all, I was glad I went to Romania and would like to see more of it.
